Trembling Spacetime Relativity Theory

In parallel with his research program in engineering wave propagation, Professor Declercq has independently developed Trembling Spacetime Relativity Theory (TSRT), a theoretical framework exploring the geometric foundations of fundamental physics. This work is conducted independently from the laboratory's engineering research activities.

TSRT builds on the idea that the fabric of spacetime itself may be subject to structured microscopic fluctuations, and that these could give rise to the kind of stable particle behavior and interactions we observe — from atomic spectra to blackbody radiation and even quantum entanglement. Instead of relying on the standard probabilistic tools of quantum mechanics, this theory investigates whether a purely geometric, deterministic description may offer a coherent and unifying alternative.

The ongoing results — progressively released via CERN’s open-access platform Zenodo — aim to connect theory with experiment step-by-step. Whether you're a curious learner or a researcher in the physical sciences, this site invites you to follow the progress and explore the broader implications.
