Ghent University

Ghent University is one of Belgium's leading research universities. Professor Declercq completed his Ph.D. in Engineering Physics there in 2005 under the supervision of Professors Joris Degrieck, Oswald Leroy, and Mack Breazeale. His doctoral research laid the scientific foundations for the engineering wave propagation program that he later established at Georgia Tech.
